What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?

You will need a valid driver's licence (international licences accepted with English translation), a credit card in the driver's name, and proof of current address dated within the last 90 days.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a minimum of three years driving experience. For sports vehicles, the minimum age is 30.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Modifications are free of charge when made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations receive a full refund if made within the same timeframe.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

All vehicles include 24/7 roadside assistance. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle or alternative transport depending on your location.

Do you offer one-way rentals?

Yes, one-way rentals are available between our six locations. A repositioning fee may apply depending on the route. Please enquire for specific pricing.
